Scorekeeper support

Try these first

  1. Check the iPad's WiFi connection (and the venue WiFi if possible).
  2. Pull down to refresh the scorekeeper page.
  3. Force-quit the SDCast app icon and reopen.
  4. Restart the iPad.
  5. If none of the above works, tap Request Help below.
